Send Earnings: A Review
Advice, Survey Site Reviews March 21st, 2008I don’t want to sound redundant here. I’ve reviewed a few sites lately and it sounds as if I’m being pretty negative. I am only reviewing sites from my own experience and of course they will be slanted as to my personal preferences. So with that in mind, I’ll give you my impression of SendEarnings.
Send Earnings is what it is. Basically an offer site, you’ll find loads of offers, pay per click, survey site sign ups etc. You’ll get boat loads of emails from them if you don’t mind having a full inbox. I get 2 to 3 emails a day.
I happen to like taking surveys, so offer sites, for the most part, aren’t my thing. I do participate in Send Earnings on a small scale, because they pay a few cents for clicking on each email. It takes just a second to do that, so what do I have to lose. I don’t fill out the offers.
I get mail from people saying that they like these offer sites. I think that if you are buying things that you are actively looking to purchase anyway, then you can save yourself some money and be rewarded. But signing up for things you don’t need seems counterproductive to me, because in the end you are probably spending more than you are getting on an offer that you didn’t even want in the first place. Kinda like buying a dress just because it’s on sale and then never wearing it!
Please be sure to read the fine print on the offers. Be fully aware of what the terms of each are so that you won’t find yourself thinking that taking a “survey” will get you a $500 gift card. It won’t. You’ll have to purchase to get it.
SendEarnings is one of the better offer sites if you like this kind of thing. Payout is only $30, so at least the threshold is low enough that you’ll be able to cash out. You’ll get a $5 sign up bonus and they pay you for clicking on their emails.
My brother asked me to dress up in an Easter Bunny costume for my 3 yr old niece’s Easter egg hunt at his house. No problem, I thought. What a bad idea…Everything went well until I put the bunny head on. There’s a hole about the size of a quarter for you to breathe, so when you do manage to take a breath it makes a ton of noise. Kind of like scuba diving. And I hate scuba diving. Lesson learned…claustrophobia and Easter bunnies aren’t a good combo.
An Easter Egg hunt that turned out worse than mine…

I do the same as you. I just click on the PAID EMAILS they send me. I don’t trust them because every offer of those emails alert my MCAFEE SITEADVISOR (which tells me either THIS SITE SPAMS, or THIS SITE IS ADWARE, SPYWARE, ETC, and/or THIS SITE IS A MISLEADING OFFER). I’m waiting for my 1st cashout to close my account.
THANKS FOR ALL YOUR ADVICES… THEY’VE BEEN A GREAT HELP!

I am still using SendEarnings, but I will evaluate all of the sites I have signed up for more closely after 60 days. I am guessing that some sites I will cash out once and unsubscribe. Your advice is very good and appreciated.

I have been with send earnings for a little over a year. I am fairly happy with it. On their home page is a cash survey offer every day. You get at least $1.oo. You could make $30.00 a month. I generally make about 10.00 a month however I don’t go to the site every day. Some daily surveys pay more it just depends. Keep at it.

Because of CALLIE HARPER’s comment, I decided 2 give SENDEARNINGS a chance by doing the DAILY CASH SURVEY everyday.
Which is not $1 anymore, like LEE told us before, it is now $0.50.
I find it really difficult 2 qualify 4 this survey. It is always supported by GREENFIELD or is an OTX survey. Somedays after 5-10 tries, I finally qualify for one; and other days I reach the maximun amount of OTX surveys w/o qualifying or simply there aren’t more surveys matching my profile
Does anyone else experiences the same?

It is extremely important that you take the daily surveys on SendEarnings BEFORE completing ANY surveys for Greenfield Online SINCE Send Earnings is owned by GFO and the surveys on GFO are almost all for sweepstakes entries ONLY, while you will ALWAYS get $0.50 per day from SendEarnings, which equals a solid $15 per month plus whatever you get from clicking on emails (about $2-3 extra per month).

LEE,
I NEVER do surveys for sweepstakes… well, not since I unsubscribed from NPDOR and those sweepland points, CHOOZ and PAID EXPRESSIONS!!!
I only do the GREENFIELD surveys that pay. If they say entry to sweepstakes, I just erase it from my inbox. I don’t have time 2 go 2 waste!!! I do the same with SURVEYSPOT surveys that don’t pay.
So, that is not my problem!!! Bad luck maybe

I’m a member of SendEarnings but I’m not a very active member. I rarely visit their site but I do click on their paid surveys. Sometimes their paid emails take me to their homepage, but I don’t log in because I rather do other paid surveys.
I take any survey that is then to me regardless if I paid or not because I have noticed that doing to increses the number of paid survey I get from panels like SurveySpot and Greenfield Online. But if the survey takes to then I intentionally disqualify myself. Just like I know how to instantly qualify myself for a paid survey, I also know how to get out of a survey without closing the window.

SendEarnings is the sister click-to-read/survey/offer site of InboxDollars and both are run by Cotter-Web Enterprises. There is a complex routine that must be worked out when dealing with these sites because they share surveys with several other sites. My current order for taking daily surveys is this:
1) YourFreeSurveys: OTX $1.05, GiveUsYour2Cents $0.90 = $1.95
2) QuickRewards: Greenfield Online $1.05, OTX Daily $0.75, GiveUsYour2Cents $0.75 = $2.55
3) Daily Survey Panel: OTX $0.60, GiveUsYour2Cents $0.55, DSP $0.60 = $1.75
4) SendEarnings/InboxDollars: $0.50 X 2 = $1.00
The problem is that you can only complete one survey each from OTX and GUY2C per day so the important thing is to try to take the OTX survey from the first two sites for $1.05 and your GUY2C from the first site for $0.90, then the two $0.50 surveys from SE/ID. You should be able to make $2.95 per day from the daily surveys if you follow this order, assuming that all of them are credited correctly and occaisionally I am able to take more than one from OTX and GUY2C.
Also, it is is increasingly difficult to cash out for the third time from ID/SE and they still charge that ridiculous $3.00 processing fee which means their surveys really only pay $0.45 if you cash out every $30.
I have received a total of $67.84 in two payments minus $3 processing fee each time. Apparently they no longer have a record of my first payment, after which you become a Gold Member and can receive your checks after one week instead of one month.

I adore Send Earnings. I only did 100% free offers & daily emails & it didn’t take me to long to get to 30.00 cashout. I don’t think I have done any of there surveys because I do so many other surveys. My check will be processed 2/5 I believe takes awhile to get the check but thats ok. Now I am a Gold member. I thought they used to be 5 cents now there 2 cents thats fine. If I had time to be more active there I could probably cash out even more often. I definetly recommend Send Earnings. It’s a legit program.

Eddie, any way you could share that info on instant qualifying, not qualifying is my biggest problem. from your post in May.
thanks

5. SendEarnings $131.59 ($30 po) ($95.34 rec’d) ($9 processing fee for three payments)
8. InboxDollars $83.00 ($30 po) ($58.20 rec’d) ($6 processing fees for two payments)
Both of these entries comprise my #5 and #8 best survey companies. Both InboxDollars and SendEarnings are owned by Cotter-Web Enterprizes and administered by Greenfield Online; however, they are basically the same so I listed them together.
They are essentially trial offer sites, but you can also make a fair amount of money just from taking daily $0.50 surveys. Forget about clicking on emails for $0.02 each because that only amounts to about $1 extra per month for each site. You can also make money playing games and from referrals, but the games take too long to earn a pay out and referrals seem like spam to me.
No one likes the $3 processing fee or waiting a month for the first check to be ‘processed’, but once you are a Gold Member they process your check in one week. The $30 pay out minimum is also too high. I am seriously beginning to wonder if it is necessary to be a member of both of these sites since they both offer essentially the same surveys and offers.

Since InboxDollars and SendEarnings are owned by the same site and virtually identical…I don’t suppose there’s a way to combine earnings from the two? That would probably be too easy…
May 4th, 2009 at 11:18 am
No, you cannot combine earnings from these two identical survey/trial offer sites and I am also beginning to wonder if they are worth my time now that I have become completely disgusted after being burned from an Acai Berry Elite offer that I tried to cancel within the 14-day trial period and now am having to deal with my bank over.

that´s why i dont do offers anymore… NO MATTER WHAT, they r just not worth it!

Well Iam a member of sendearnings so I couldnt wait until I cashed out the things is they take $3.00 for processing and I did at least 4 surveys in September I didnt get credited in my account they waited for me to cash out with the $30.00 then they stopped sending me emails so they credited my account for the surveys I took when they should have given it to me all in the same month . Why let me cash out with $30.00 then dont give me my credit for all of those long surveys. Now they want to give me $5.00 and now they credited my account for my surveys I refuse to start all over again and now Im a gold member do I get to cash out early , do I still have to have a $30.00 or can I cash out if I only make $10.00. This is all bad for me now there sending me emails I think they know your going to cash out thats why they dont credit your account for that month so you get the $5.00 for free and the surveys you took they credit you. They could have gave me all my money at one time that way I would have $30.00 .What a wasted of my time it took me 4 months because when you get ready to get the $30.00 you no longer qualify take the surveys
September 22nd, 2009 at 5:38 pm
Oh I forgot this one when you cash out with sendearnings in order to get your $30.00 you still have to click on there emails unitl you get your money LISTEN if you dont, then the wont send you your check.WoW bad enough they take $3.00 What kind of site is this I dont want to click on there emails for 2 months .

I’ve been a member of this site in what seems like forever. Really preferred it much better when they offered a $1 instead of the $0.50 they offer now. Takes me a long time to get to the $30 level. I actually just need a couple of more dollars and then i’m ready to order another check. This site was one of the first survey sites i joined along with Inbox Dollars but it looks like i might unsubscribe from them unless they make drastic changes and keep up with some of the other sites out there.
September 24th, 2009 at 6:32 pm
I will be unsubscribing from InboxDollars/SendEarnings after my fourth cash-out from each. I last cashed out ($30 minus $3 ‘processing fee’) from SendEarnings in December 2008 and currently have $20 and I last cashed out from InboxDollars ($30 minus $3 ‘processing fee’) in March 2009 and currently have $16. There really aren’t too many offers left that I trust and I always take their surveys from someone else for more than $0.50.

Again, I tell you that I have not received any surveys since December. Please let me know if there is a reason for this. I appreciate your reply.
