I have found yet another new survey site! Keep in mind that it is fairly new, so my experience with Rewarded Opinions is based on a fairly short period of membership. And as with most “young” survey sites, there is relatively little information available for research purposes. That said, this one looks more promising than the majority of the “new” survey sites that come my way.

Sign up for Rewarded Opinions is quick and easy. After registration, there are 6 lifestyle questionnaires for you to fill out at your leisure, each one adding 50 points to your account after completion. Here is an explanation of their points system:

We have designed a point system that is easy to understand. Each point is worth 1 cent, so completing a survey for 50 CREDIT POINTS will reward you with 50 cents. Once you have reached 2000 CREDIT POINTS, you are able to cash your points in for actual cash.

The promos for this website state that surveys will pay anywhere from $1 to $75. I take these “press releases” with a grain of salt, I’ll believe the $75 survey when I see it :) But I have received several surveys that paid $1 and one for $3 so far. (In fairness, the $75 surveys are described as “focus groups”.)

When your account balance with them reaches 2000 points ($20) you can request a check to be sent to your home. No Paypal yet, but there’s always hope that they will offer it in the future.

One note of interest that I found buried in the terms and conditions section, it that if you don’t log into your account for 6 months, your account will be terminated and all earnings lost. Yikes. I understand the concept, but I think it should be more prominently posted on the website.
