Mindfield Online Review: July 2010
Survey Site Reviews July 15th, 2010It’s been well over a year since I reviewed Mindfield Onlline, which in the past has received a relatively neutral recommendation . I’ve noticed quite a few changes since then, and I’m changing my opinion to a definite upgrade . While most paid survey sites tend to slip in the ratings, mindfield, at least for me has improved in the last year.
One of the most important additions to Mindfield Online is a Paypal Option.
mindfieldOnline has setup the ability for our members to cash out using PayPal. As everyone knows PayPal is one of the primary sources for online money transactions. The next time you cash out, consider this exciting new feature from mindfield Online.
Another improvement is in the frequency of surveys sent. I’ve read that the number one complain of mindfield in the past was too few surveys. At least for me, I’ve seen an increase in the number as of late.
Once requiring $10 in your account to request payout, mindfield lowered their payout to $5 which is certainly an effort on their part to make your experience a better one.
I’ve noticed an increase in the amount of product testing offered by mindfield. Rakhi posted a comment recently agreeing with me:
this is becoming better and better..Got at least 6 products to test..5 lotions,3 aftershave cologne, shampoo, conditioner and many others that I don’t remember..I like this site…
And Damian had this to say:
Yeah i really like mindfield as well. I just completed 2 3 month studies and should be receiving payment for those in the next couple of weeks. mindfield seems to be one of the stronger survey sites out there at the moment.
What do you think? Do you think Mindfield Online has improved?

I’ve been a member of Mindfield Online for quite a while. For the first 12-18 months I rarely got survey invites and the ones I did get would have the quota full as soon as I accessed them. It has gotten a lot better, though. In the last 6 months I’ve gotten two panel studies and six product trials. I’ve gone from making $10 a year to making over $100 in just the last 3 months.

Mindfield has been good to me with surveys and PayPal payouts. One off the better survey sites.

Still middle of the road for me. Due to my PayPal email address being different from my survey invitation email (long story) I am unable to take as many surveys from Mindfield. I just don’t check my PayPal email address as often as my primary survey email.
19. Mindfield Online $116 ($5 minimum pay out) (PayPal) (product tests) (Joined: 2008-02-01) ($103 rec’d) [5-10-10] ($13 req’d)

I’ve been a member of mindfield for about a year and a half and I don’t like them. The paypal option is great, $5 to cashout is great, and alot of invites which is great. All the criteria is there to be a great survey site, but for me, they just don’t have it. I find the majority of invites are for OTX or I am told I didn’t meet the criteria before even answering one question to have any criteria to not meet. In a year and a half I’ve only made $28.00 and I just unsubscribed with them 2 weeks ago. They’re the only panel I’ve ever withdrawn from, but mail from them became more of spam issue than a survey opportunity. I hope you all have better luck.

I have been stuck at 3 dollars since January of this year. Shall I say more.

I joined eight months ago, have received 52 invites…and qualified and completed exactly ONE survey for $1.00. *sigh* But since it looks like things are improving for others who have stuck it out, I’m gonna keep going and see if it improves for me, too.

Mindfield will never be a Top Ten Survey site for me, but there are at least ten others on my Top 30 list that pay me less, which I consider to be worth my while, and Mindfield does send very good product tests as well.

I do not really like this company. They rarely pay more than $1.00 per survey. They are also very difficult to qualify with.

I am one of those that has stuck it out with them for almost 2 years but I can honestly say that I have had enough. I have received over 132 invites to do surveys for them, out of those I have filled out probably 65 and gotten to the end only to be told sorry we have reached the target number of reponses needed, what a bunch of #$%$. To fill out a survey all the way through, some of them well over 20 minutes long, and than be told that the have reached the amount needed in my target area. I have made a total of $6.00 taking surveys for them in 2 years, I have cashed out and asked them to remove me from their lists. It is not that you don’t get any invitations from them, it is that you either are not accepted right off the bat, which is the majority of the time, or you fill out the survys and than they tell you they have reached the amount of responses they had needed. I am not going to keep spending my valuable time filling out surveys without some kind of payment for it. If you stick with them I wish you good luck.

I tend to agree^, but they are still worth about $60 a year for me.

I,am finding out that its hard to find reliable survey groups.
Alot of them take you through the process then tell you that you don,t qualify.

Try these on me!
I started keeping records of my online paid surveys January 31, 2008. I spend an average of two to three hours per day taking surveys. Here are the amounts that I have earned from my 29 best paid online survey sites. I have earned $7436.90 in 29 months from 29 survey sites, which is $256.45 per month. The average survey site earned $8.84 per month. My actual receipts are $6725.35, which is $231.91 per month. I have added the dates that I joined each site as well as whether they have PayPal, Invokes or product tests. About 10% of my earnings are from product tests and Invoke Interactives. Another 10% is from survey sites that I don’t earn enough per year to bother keeping track. I do not keep track of prizes or free products, but I do include contest wins. I only add in points accumulated after they have been redeemed due to the difficulty of calculating point values. I am now including earnings from written assignments and forum moderation fees to show why I might be less inclined to continue with sites like Tik Tik Cash, InboxDollars/SendEarnings, Daily Paid Surveys, etc. 70.89% of all of my earnings comes from my ten best survey sites.

Does anyone know the current status of “TikTikCash” The page is still up and the site looks to have been tended to, somewhat. But nothing really functions, any more ie paid email crediting of small free offers(won’t chance any paid offers at this pt) All of their contact emails addresses no longer receive all bounce back no longer a real email address etc
The phone # available is a mailbox that is “full” and has likely been so for ages
If they’ve gone under I’d like to know I have been trying to “cash out” for well over a yr My threshold is $50 I am at 43 & change but long ago would have exceeded the 50$ req I am owed about 15 bucks uncredited
