I can't say 'No' to $10 Amazon gift certificates and Keynote pays exclusively in those. I have earned $20 since March 15, 2008. Keynote uses the Keynote Connector to collect information. This is a plug-in for your computer that I believe is benign. Some more information about them.

What is the Keynote Connector?
The Keynote Connector enables us to collect your feedback during an evaluation. The Keynote Connector displays a bar at the top of your screen with buttons that will guide you through evaluations. Pop-up dialog boxes provide evaluation instructions and follow-up questions on your experience throughout evaluations.

I joined the Keynote after I was it in Lee's earnings Report. Since then I have received only one survey from them. I was unable to complete this survey because of a "Internet Exproler Script Error".

After that, I send them an message about this problem but they NEVER responded back. This panel has not been good to me so I can NOT recommend it to others.

I was disqualified for this survey because I do all of my banking at Bank of America.

ALTERNATIVE INSTRUCTIONS:

2. Enter your username and password to log in to your Keynote Research Panel account.
3. Select the top Keynote study from your list of available studies.

I also received that Bank of America Survey, but I was unable to complete this survey because of a "Internet Explorer Script Error". I have sent Keynote a message about this problem a month ago but they NEVER replied. Keynote is NO GOOD becuase their survey programming does not work on my computer and their customer service is run by a robot that is always sleeping.

I'm a member but have never received an invitation from them

Today I completed my first Keynote. I was able to take this survey with no problems because I did not use my household computer to complete the survey. Everytime I try to take a Keynote survey in my computer I received a IE Script error.

I was disqualified from the survey because I do not own a credit card. The reward for this survey was a $10 Amazon code...
