I recv'd an email from you quite a while back, when i first started doing surveys online (April '08).
It sure has been slow these last 2 months, 250 in feb., 140 mar., to 105 this last month.
How is it going with you? I s'pose it's the same all over?

If you see a new member registered with the following profile information then you can go ahead and ban them because they are spam bots using a new program called XRumer that allows them to bypass the CAPTCHAs that is entered when registering.

Here is what you need to look for:

Man (Always the same)
Location
Latvia (Usually a foreign country)
Interests
onephople (Always the same as username)
Occupation
Latvia (Always the same as Location)

You might need to access the www.stopforumspam.com database to search the IP address. I added spammers that appears here in the forum to their database so that should help out everyone who is trying to stop forum spam.

I have also noticed a higher amount of spam. Most of these spamers create multiple accounts and are most likely spam bots, some kind of spam program. This IP address 77.50.7.167 has three account in this forum but is not listed at www.stopforumspam.com.. Should we ban people who create multiple accounts with the same IP address? I think we should because most spamers do that.

Also I think there should be so kind of code to be entered when someone is registering with this forum. This will stop spam bots from creating multiple accounts and reduce spam. This method is used by Test Spin when clicking a survey link... Anywhow, We can stop forum Spam!!!
