I dont see QR listed anywhere here (maybe I'm not looking in the right place) but its a great site and pays fast, paypal or gift certificates, you only need a dollar to cashout. The customer support there is excellent too. I would definately recommend Quick Rewards as a site that does pay.

Quick Rewards

For the last 2 days I have been unable to access Q.R. surveys. Either they are very busy or they have a problem.

QR is up and running. dont know why you didnt get in. they have added another router for a 4th daily survey .75. this addition doesnt have to many surveys in their rotation but some have gotten lucky.

Email support@quickrewards.net , they can help you resolve any issues.
