Still waiting for Lightspeed to credit my PayPal account with the last two $5 rewards. They sent the email confirming the redemption, but they never showed up on my PayPal account. I guess since my PayPal account email is different from my primary survey email address it requires many emails back and forth with Lauren, Lightspeed customer service and perks.com before my account can be credited. It's hardly worth it to me any more.

My survey email address is different from my PayPal email address, because PayPal blocked my original email address due to a competitor buying an item from my eBay store and using the phrase 'Indian Viagra' in the Reason line, which drew a red flag from PayPal and shut my account down automatically. Once they do that you are no longer allowed to discuss/debate/appeal the matter. Now I use my father's PayPal and some survey sites do not allow you to have a different survey email from the PayPal email; therefore, it is a huge problem every time you try to redeem.

The same is true for the Daily Survey Panel, Elite Opinion, IPSO-ISAY, E-Poll and Survey Exchange. To make matters worse, you must go through perks.com customer service to straighten the matter out for both Lightspeed and Elite Opinion, because that is where the rewards come from for both. Elite Opinion is owned and operated by Lightspeed.

@LapisLee - that sucks. I like the convenience of PayPal, but I've also had issues with them in the past for other, non-survey related transactions, too, that take forever to resolve. Meh.

Also, back to the original post - paid again! This time it took a few days to show up though - hope it's just a random glitch.

Lightspeed has now paid me for both $5 incentives, but now I am waiting for them to credit my account for the 14-day Pain Diary, that pays 275 points per day, plus the initial 75 points, which has been credited. They told me I would be credited within five days of the project closing, which was last Friday, February 20.

I just did the very same pain diary as you Lee. My last day of the diary was on Monday. I'm not sure when i'll be credited. Hopefully soon.
