I thought I would mention my favorite site since I haven’t seen it mentioned. Cashcrate is awesome. I have been a member for a month and already I have 40.00. It has an easy to use interface. You can fill out surveys, and sign up for offers. For instance if you sign up for the 2 week trial of NetFlix, you get 13.50. Just make sure you cancel in time. That combined with the daily survey option makes this site the best. Every day they provide 2 surveys worth .80 each. That’s 1.60 a day and 11.20 a week. If you aren’t eligible they switch you to another survey until you hit one you can fill out. It's pretty awesome. They also have a referral program that’s pretty good. You get 20% of what your referrals earn and 10% of what your referral’s referrals earn. Overall this is in my top 10 survey sites. Check it out, at http://cashcrate.comYou won't regret it.

I recently joined cashcrate.com and am already very impressed with it. You have the option of taking surveys for points or for cash. I have not taken any of the surveys for points, but there are about 18 pages of cash surveys to choose from. It pays out on the twentieth of every month, and the minimum cash out amount is $20. It has a very helpful forum which answers any questions you might have. It also has a great referall's program in which you earn 20% of what your referrals make, 10% percent of what their referrals make, and get $3 when one of your referals earns their first $10.00. In my opinion, the best thing about this site is that you do not have to wait for survey invitations, and the amount of surveys you can take in one day is unlimited. It also credits you very quickly.
