Clear Voice Survey Panel (http://www.yourfreesurveys.com/links.php?id=41) is another one of those good, solid sites and on my list of personal favorites. Sign up takes less than 5 minutes, and there are 4 additional profile surveys to take on the member page at your convenience. All of those can be completed in about 15 minutes. You can take your earnings (when they reach $10) as cash or use their partner, Payoneer, and they will mail you a prepaid debit card. You can also use your rewards to buy gift certificates at Amazon. The only negative I can think of is that the Payoneer service charges a small fee for the transaction.
It seems to me that more than any of the other survey sites that I belong to, Clear Voice has made it their mission to value your time. I don’t know about you, but I have limited time in my day to spend on surveys, mostly in 10 minute increments. Their surveys are geared toward that goal, and you’ll get a certain amount of money for attempting to take it, even if you don’t qualify, much like Synovate and Global Test Market. Completed surveys generally pay between $2 and $10.
Be sure to complete all 4 of the profile surveys. The more you tell them about yourself, the more chances you’ll have to qualify for a survey. Expect to receive 1 (or 2) surveys a week. If you find that you haven’t gotten one in a while, visit the member page which has an area showing any available surveys that you are eligible to take.
Bottom line on this one is, yes, you should join. It’s an all around solid company who pays cash for surveys taken and places value on your time.

Heath, I am going to have to disagree with you about ClearVoice Surveys. I finally reached $11.50 since i joined on February 19 and checked out my options for redeeming my cash. Here is what I found out. The Payoneer (http://www.payoneer.com) Prepaid Debit MasterCard is a debit card and I do not want another credit or debit card. My information is already on a number of credit and debit cards and I don't want another. Read the Bank of Delaware's terms and conditions (http://www.payoneer.com/terms.aspx?TId=pyhytLQJ01BVwQC8EHwP2XeXfDAWcLhjpLR lmHQmayjW8pwK117L1) carefully before you sign up. I did not see any option for a check to be mailed to me by their affiliate InCheck (http://www.incheckonline.com/).
Clear Voice Surveys is offering our panelists a Prepaid Debit MasterCard® card to receive reward payments for completing our surveys. It's fast, secure and offers you the most flexibility with your money. By receiving your monthly payments via the Prepaid MasterCard® card, there is no need to wait for checks to arrive in the mail, or to wait for funds to clear. The Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard is issued by First Bank of Delaware (Member FDIC), pursuant to a license from MasterCard International Incorporated.
The second option for payment is www.diningdough.com (http://www.diningdough.com/) where I found precisely two restaurants within 15 miles of Lynchburg, VA. El Cabritos is the cheapest Mexican restaurant in town similar to Taco Bell and a $20 minimum purchase is required with the use of a discount card. The other restaurant, The Fox, I have never heard of, but they require a $35 minimum purchase and 18% gratuity is added prior to the discount.
I chose the third option, which is the Amazon gift card. Many people like these and I don't mind them, but they are not quite the same as cash.
Here is the obligatory information for ClearVoice surveys for easy reference:
The Clear Voice Surveys Online Opinion Panel is owned and operated by Clear Voice Research, LLC, a market research firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Clear Voice Surveys is made up of an ever increasing number of households worldwide that have agreed to participate in online surveys in exchange for cash rewards. We work with many of the nation’s top research companies and their clients – leading manufacturers, technology companies, retailers, restaurant chains and service providers – that want to learn more about people like you – their customers. We value our panelists’ opinions and time, and to show our appreciation, we offer many ways for our panelists to earn cash rewards:
Every panelist who qualifies* for and completes a survey is rewarded with between $1 & $20 When a panelist attempts to take a survey, but does not qualify* for the study, he or she is still rewarded with a small cash reward – typically around $.25.
Once your account reaches $10 you will be eligible to redeem your earnings for a wide variety of rewards:
• Checks mailed to you by our partner InCheck (http://www.incheckonline.com/)
• Amazon.com Gift Certificate
• Magazine subscriptions from eMagazines
• Dining Dough Restaurant Gift Certificate
• Many more to be added soon!
Panelists can easily track the status of surveys they’ve attempted or completed and cash rewards earned to date by simply logging in to view their personal account using their user name and password.
* Some research studies seek to gather opinions from people in a certain age group or who have prior experience with a certain product, for example. These surveys will ask a few qualifying questions up front in order to determine if a panelist meets these qualifications. If a panelist does not meet the qualifications, he or she will still be rewarded with a small cash amount as a thank you.

I just checked my account and I have a total of $17.85. Most of that is from entertainment surveys about DVD covers. I will redeem a prize after I get $20. I will consider the Payoneer Debit card since I got an American Express Dedit card from Ipsos (http://www.yourfreesurveys.com/links.php?id=38) a couple months ago. If I don't get the debit card then I will redeem an Amazon Gift Certificate. There is no chance that I will consider the third option. I have NO use for the third option.

I have about $70 in my Clearvoice Survey account right now and i keep waiting until they update their payment systems. I like the Amazon gift certificates and that will sure come handy for the Christmas period. I heard a rumor somewhere that they may be switching to pay-pal or at least bringing back their in-check system. The thing that concerns me is....should i keep saving my earnings until Christmas or do you have to claim your earnings before a particular deadline??....i'm really scared that one day i will log in to their site and won't see my earnings anymore. The same thing happened to me with e-rewards, but at least they warned me first and e-mailed me about continued membership. I'm glad they did because i have over $100 in that account.

Wow DAMO36, that is really a good amount in your acct. I know it sounds like a good idea but I'm always hesitant to hang unto mine that long just for the reason you mentioned above. My policy is to cash out around $10 if that is possible. Of course, those are only for the sites that I know pay cash.

Yes they are a little slow to record the completed surveys.
I much preferred sending off for the $8.50 checks too even though there was a $1.50 service charge.
I really can't complain about them though.....earlier i completed an entertainment survey for $4.

I have never redeemed a reward with Clear Voice, at least no yet. But I do know that they will include a "Card Term of Conditions" with your Debit card. When I received my Ipsos i-say debit card, I was also given a page with all the rules and regulations when using their debit card. I think you will have to wait until you receive your card to get the answers to your questions.
The American Express card I received from i-say had $15 and it did not have any hidden fees for using it.

Today I received a new Opinion Outpost survey about a new snack product. I qualified for this survey but was disqualified from this survey at about 87% complete. I was rushing though this survey because I have to be somewhere in that time frame so I mistakenly clicked on the wrong answer. I should have clicked NO so they would sent me the product to try. I was really upset at that point since I will not be able to try this new product that I would definitely buy.
Later that day, I received a new survey invite from Clear Voice and it was the exact same survey about a new snack product. That was pure luck and now I knew what the RIGHT answer to this survey was. After I completed this survey, I was rewarded with a $2 incentive. Both Opinion Outpost and Clear Voice survey paid $2 so I didn't get ripped off by completing this survey. Overall this was a unique survey experience and I learned a new lesson about market research, a career path that I might or might not follow....;)

ClearVoice: Updated Review
Survey Site Reviews April 15th, 2009
I had such high hopes for ClearVoice. When I joined over a year ago, I thought that this was such a great site. I had it listed as #12 on my list of top survey sites. I have found, however, that it hasn’t lived up to my expectations. Am I still a member? Yes, I am. But I thought that it was time to do another review to clarify a few things. It’s still a legitimate site that pays, but not one of my favorites.
The first point I would like to make concerns the deduction of points. I didn’t read the fine print when I joined (not smart, but I was a newbie) so I didn’t realize that if you didn’t reach the $10 payout within a year, on the 366th day they will start to deduct your earnings.
I’ve earned $20 in the 14 months that I’ve been a member and opted for the Amazon gift card option. You can also redeem with a Payoneer debit card option, although they charge a service charge. The only other payment choice is gift certificates to various restaurants but that doesn’t work for me as I live in a small town where none of the choices are available for me.
If you are planning to join 20 survey sites to increase your earning potential, ClearVoice would still be included as a legitimate site that you should keep (or join). I have $20 that I wouldn’t have otherwise. Just don’t expect to lots of money.

Today I redeemed $20 out of the $30.85 in my account. Of course I chose the Amazon Gift code since it's the most easy and convenient reward. Well it happens to be the fast way to get the reward too. I received automatically received the code after I clicked the redeem button. But I also received two emails with two separate codes each one worth $10. Well I don't think it's necessary to do that since receiving one $20 code well work well. Neither I am satisfied with Clear Voice...

Clear Voice used to be one of my highest productive survey sites but lately i have been experiencing a lot of problems with their surveys. I just attempted a 3 dollar survey with them and after about 20 or so minutes i was timed out of the survey and told that i was credited 0.10 cents. I've been experiencing a lot of problems like this in the last few days and can't remember the last time i completed a survey with them even though i continually receive surveys from them. I know they have made a few changes to their website lately and i think they are going thru some technical hitches. Very frustrating because they used to be one of the best. I'd love to know if anyone else is having similar problems to myself with them.

Yes. ClearVoice is not very productive nor do they credit your account properly. I have only earned $6.85 so far this year and I am waiting on another $4. I also notice that they generally give a range of $1 to $3 for their surveys but almost never credit you with the higher amount. They have also started offering $0.50 for 15-minute surveys, which is not a good sign. I generally get $0.25 for attempting their surveys.
