Post your top ten favorite survey sites and give a few reasons why you like them.

1. Survey Spot $162.00 ($5 po) ($162 received)

SurveySpot would have to be my Number One favorite survey site because: 1) they have paid me the most money, 2) their surveys are always readily available and generally short and to the point, 3) their payments arrive in a timely manner and they resolve all disputes quickly and even give you the incentive for any survey that you failed to complete for any reason if you simply email them with the survey number, 3) they have a good number of Interactive panels and 4) they do not use OTX.

2. OpinionOutpost $106.20 ($5 po) ($80 rec’d) ($26.20 req'd)

Opinion Outpost is a solid Number Two favorite survey site because: 1) No other survey site even comes close to the earnings other than SurveySpot above, 2) they send a good number of paid surveys, 3) I qualify for the majority of them so their screening process is excellent and 4) they compensate you fairly for your time.

3. Greenfield Online $63.50 (PayPal) ($63.50 rec'd)

In spite of all of the problems that Greenfield forum members bicker over about non-payments, not qualifying for enough surveys, not being compensated enough, etc. the plain fact is that Greenfield offers the second most amount of Invoke Interactive panels of any survey company and no one is forcing you to take any of their surveys for a sweepstakes entry. They also offer PayPal, which is a much faster method of receiving payments and have no minimum pay out point. In addition, I only know of one other survey company that offers a forum where you can air your grievances where there is a dedicated moderator to actively answer your questions on a personal basis in a timely fashion. Every other survey company uses email to address disputes. And her name is Angela!

4. Inbox Dollars $66.28 ($30 po) ($58.20 rec'd) ($3 processing fees for each payment)
5. SendEarnings $38.74 ($30 po) ($27.40 req'd) ($3 processing fee for each payment)

Both InboxDollars and SendEarnings are owned by Cotter-Web and administered by Greenfield Online; however, they are basically the exact same thing so I listed them together. They are essentially trial offer sites, but you can also make a fair amount of money just from taking daily $0.50 surveys. Forget about clicking on emails for $0.02 each because that only amounts to about $30 extra per year for each site. You can also make money playing games and from referrals, but I don't use those options. No one likes the $3 processing fee or waiting a month for the first check to be 'processed', but once you are a Gold Member they process your check in one week. The $30 pay out minimum is also too high.

6. GlobalTestMarket $52.25 ($50 po) ($52.25 rec'd)

GTM is definately one of the best points sites out there, after Opinion Outpost, and you can earn a lot of money with them. The 1000 point $50 payout point is reasonable and they compensate you fairly for your time. I receive almost daily surveys and qualify for most.

7. Netverdix $56.00 ($56 rec'd)

Netverdix is a sentimental favorite only because I won a $50 sweepstakes from them in June; otherwise, they wouldn't even make this list.

8. YourFreeSurveys $44.15 ($30 po) (PayPal) ($30.00 rec’d)

I am biased in favor of YourFreeSurveys because I am a moderator on their forum and compensated for that, but they do send sporadic surveys that pay, as well as have trial offers, so I am going to list them here as well. They also are one of the few companies to offer PayPal, which means fast payments. And they have Heath, who moderates this forum and also runs a blog (http://www.yourfreesurveys.com/wordpress/) of her own with straight shooting reviews of every survey site out there, good and bad. All of these are big plus marks to consider in addition to the monetary incentives.

9. Daily Survey Panel $42.00 ($2 po) (PayPal) ($20.00 rec'd)

This company is really growing on me and I wouldn't be too surprised if this site surpasses some of those above it in next month's listing. You get daily email invitations and depending on how many other sites you are a member of that also use OTX (Greenfield, GlobalTestMarket, OpinionOutpost, YourFreeSurveys) and GiveUsYour2Cents you will be able to earn up to $1.85 per day.

10. Valued Opinions $29.90 ($20 po) (Amazon gift certificates) ($20 rec'd)

I know not many people like Valued Opinions, but they do have regular surveys and they do offer Amazon gift certificates, which I like to cash in because I would be spending $10 or more per month buying DVDs on Amazon anyway.

Enjoyed seeing what's been most successful for you. Your demographics must be extremely different from mine though. I've been a member of Survey Spot for about 7 or 8 months now, and I think I've qualified for maybe 2 surveys from them. After all that time, my account balance is a whopping 3 bucks. The only way I figure I'd make any money from them would be to create a personna that isn't me (aka, lying) which would be way too much trouble. I have a difficult enough time keeping track of the truth:p.

I keep thinking that somewhere out there is the perfect panel for me and I just haven't found it yet. So, I keep plugging away and earn a buck here and a buck there hoping that I'll accumulate enough for payout. If/when I do, it'll just be a little treat.

I did manage to get a check for $40 from My.Survey a couple months ago. The thing I like about them is that they've given me lots of products to test. A few years ago I tested one of those fragrance disperser thingies(way before they were available) and it actually ended up being marketed about 3 years later (but the fragrance I tried and loved never did make it to the supermarket shelf). It was pretty cool to have tried it before the product was out.

At any rate, surveys are a fun hobby and it keeps me off the streets ;).

Post your top ten favorite survey sites and give a few reasons why you like them.

1. Survey Spot $260.80 ($5 po) (Invokes) ($228.80 rec'd - received) ($32.00 req'd - requested)

SurveySpot would have to be my Number One favorite survey site because: 1) they have paid me the most money, 2) their surveys are always readily available and accurate in their times to completion, 3) their payments arrive in a timely manner and they resolve all disputes quickly and even give you the incentive for any survey that you failed to complete for most reasons if you email them with the survey number, 3) they have a good number of Interactive panels, 4) they offer paid product trials and 5) they do not use OTX. SurveySpot still does not offer PayPal, which would make them perfect in every way.

2. OpinionOutpost $134.20 ($5 po) ($106.20 rec’d) ($27.00 req'd)

Opinion Outpost is a solid Number Two favorite survey site because: 1) No other survey site even comes close to the earnings other than SurveySpot, 2) they send paid surveys frequently, 3) their screening process is excellent so I qualify for the majority of them and 4) they compensate you fairly for your time.

3. Greenfield Online $103.50 (PayPal) (Invokes) ($94.50 rec'd)

In spite of all of the problems that Greenfield forum members bicker over about non-payments, not qualifying for surveys, not being compensated enough, etc. the plain fact is that Greenfield offers the second most number of Invoke Interactive panels of any survey company and no one is forcing you to take any of their surveys for a sweepstakes entry. They also offer PayPal, which is a much faster method of receiving payments and have no minimum pay out point. I only know of one other survey company (YFS) that offers an active forum where you can air your grievances and where there is a dedicated moderator to actively answer your questions on a personal basis in a timely fashion. Every other survey company uses email to address disputes. And her name is Angela at amartin@greenfield.com

4. SendEarnings $87.89 ($30 po) ($67.84 rec'd) ($3 processing fee for each payment)
6. InboxDollars $65.21 ($30 po) ($58.20 req'd) ($3 processing fee for each payment)

Both InboxDollars and SendEarnings are owned by Cotter-Web and administered by Greenfield Online; however, they are basically the same so I listed them together. They are essentially trial offer sites, but you can also make a fair amount of money just from taking daily $0.50 surveys. The $30 pay out minimum is also too high.

5. YourFreeSurveys $66.00 ($30 po) (PayPal) ($60.00 rec’d)

I am biased in favor of YourFreeSurveys because I am a moderator on their forum and compensated for that, but they do have daily surveys for $1.05 (OTX) and $0.75 (GiveUsYour2Cents) and send sporadic surveys that pay so I am going to list them here as well. They also are one of the few companies to offer PayPal, which means fast payments. And they have Heath, who moderates this forum and also runs a blog of her own with straight shooting reviews of every survey site out there, good and bad. All of these are big plus marks to consider in addition to the monetary incentives.

7. GlobalTestMarket $62.60 ($10 po) ($52.25 rec'd) ($10.35 req'd)

GTM is definately one of the best points sites out there, after Opinion Outpost, and you can earn a lot of money with them. The 1000 point $50 pay out point is reasonable and they compensate you fairly for your time. I receive two to three surveys per week and qualify for most.

8. Daily Survey Panel $59.50 (PayPal) ($49.50 rec'd) ($10.00 req'd)

This company is really growing on me and I wouldn't be too surprised if this site surpasses some of those above it in next month's listing. You get daily email invitations and depending on how many other sites you are a member of that also use OTX (Greenfield, GlobalTestMarket, OpinionOutpost and YourFreeSurveys) and GiveUsYour2Cents (Quick rewards and YourFreeSurveys) you will be able to earn up to $1.85 per day.

9. Netverdix $56.00 ($56 rec'd)

Netverdix is a sentimental favorite only because I won a $50 sweepstakes from them in June; otherwise, they wouldn't even make this list.

10. Valued Opinions $39.40 ($20 po) (Amazon gift certificates - gc) ($20 rec'd)

If you like Amazon gift certificates then you will like Valued Opinions as you can earn them faster here than anywhere else. ClearVoive is the only other purveyor of Amazon GCs that even comes close.

Post your top ten favorite survey sites and give a few reasons why you like them.

1. SurveySpot $282.80 ($5 po) (Invokes) ($247.80 received - rec'd) ($19.00 req'd)

SurveySpot would have to be my Number One favorite survey site because: 1) they have paid me the most money, 2) their surveys are always readily available, 3) accurate in their times of completion, 4) their payments arrive in a timely manner, 5) they resolve all disputes quickly and even give you the incentive for any survey that you failed to complete for most reasons if you email them with the survey number, 6) they have a good number of Interactive panels, 7) they offer paid product trials and 8) they do not use OTX. SurveySpot still does not offer PayPal, which would make them perfect in every way.

2. Opinion Outpost $148.20 ($5 po) ($130.20 rec’d) ($18 req'd)

Opinion Outpost is a solid Number Two favorite survey site because: 1) No other survey site comes close to the earnings other than SurveySpot, 2) they send paid surveys frequently, 3) their screening process is excellent so I qualify for the majority of them and 4) they compensate you fairly for your time.

4. SendEarnings $109.03 ($30 po) ($67.84 rec'd) ($6 processing fee for two payments)
9. InboxDollars $77.01 ($30 po) ($58.20 rec'd) ($6 processing fees for two payments)

Both InboxDollars and SendEarnings are owned by Cotter-Web and administered by Greenfield Online; however, they are basically the same so I listed them together. They are essentially trial offer sites, but you can also make a fair amount of money just from taking daily $0.50 surveys. Forget about clicking on emails for $0.02 each because that only amounts to about $1 extra per month for each site. You can also make money playing games and from referrals, but the games takes too long and referrals start to seem like spam to me. No one likes the $3 processing fee or waiting a month for the first check to be 'processed', but once you are a Gold Member they process your check in one week. The $30 pay out minimum is also too high. I am seriously beginning to wonder if it is necessary to be a member of both of these sites since they both offer essentially the same surveys and offers.

5. Global Test Market $104.00 ($10 po) ($104.00 rec'd)

GTM is definately one of the best points sites out there, after Opinion Outpost, and you can earn a lot of money with them. The 1000 $50 pay out point is reasonable and they compensate you fairly for your time. I receive two to three surveys per week and qualify for most. I recently received a check for $51.75 that moved them up on my list.

6. Greenfield Online $103.50 (PayPal) (Invokes) ($94.50 rec'd)

Here is my most recent complaint about GFO:

I haven't been doing enough GFO surveys to qualify for anything since August 8, when I was credited for a $25 Invoke Interactive that I had done several months prior, except for three $1 surveys in September and two $1 surveys in August. I think GFO's strategy is to ensure that only people who spend 2-3 hours per day doing their surveys exclusively will benefit from them the most, or maybe there has just been a dry spell for the past two or three months for me. I did much better the first three to six months when I was getting 29-104 sweepstakes entries then the past two months when I am averaging less than 20 sweepstakes entries per two week period. I've clicked on every paying survey within the first 24 hours, but every time I click 'Yes' I am disqualified. I still like the forum though.

7. YourFreeSurveys $91.45 ($30 po) (PayPal) ($90.00 rec’d)

I am biased in favor of YourFreeSurveys because I am a moderator on their forum and compensated for that, but they do have daily surveys for $1.05 (OTX) and $0.75 (GiveUsYour2Cents) and send sporadic surveys that pay so I am going to list them here as well. Post your top ten favorite survey sites and give a few reasons why you like them.

1. SurveySpot $306.80 ($5 po) (Invokes) ($266.80 received - rec'd) ($40 req'd)

3. YourFreeSurveys $131.25 ($30 po) (PayPal) ($125.00 rec’d) ($35 from contests)

I am biased in favor of YourFreeSurveys because I am a moderator on their forum and compensated for that, but they do have daily surveys for $1.05 (OTX) and $0.90 (GiveUsYour2Cents), send occasional surveys that pay and hold frequent contests for $200-300, which I have won money from twice. They also are one of the companies that offers PayPal, which means fast payments. And they have Heath, who moderates this forum and also runs a blog of her own with straight shooting reviews of every survey site out there, good and bad. All of these are big plus marks to consider in addition to the monetary incentives.

9. InboxDollars $77.01 ($30 po) ($58.20 rec'd) ($6 processing fees for two payments)

Both of these entries comprise my #4 and #9 best survey companies. Both InboxDollars and SendEarnings are owned by Cotter-Web and administered by Greenfield Online; however, they are basically the same so I listed them together. They are essentially trial offer sites, but you can also make a fair amount of money just from taking daily $0.50 surveys. I recently received a check for $51.75 that moved them up on my list and I predict that they will soon surpass GFO.

8. ACOP $62.00 ($62 rec’d)

American Consumer Opinionp Panel has finally made my Top Ten list and for good reason, they send out consistent surveys that pay well along with product trials and their checks arrive in a reasonable amount of time. I wish they would keep track of my earnings and survey history online and also offer PayPal.

9. Daily Survey Panel $60.50 (PayPal) ($60.50 rec'd)

This company is really growing on me. Post your top ten favorite survey sites and give a few reasons why you like them.

1. SurveySpot $326.80 ($5 po) (Invokes) ($306.80 received - rec’d) ($20 req’d)

SurveySpot is my Number One favorite survey site because: 1) they have paid me the most money, 2) their surveys are frequent and arrive daily, 3) they are accurate in their estimated times of completion, 4) their payments arrive by check in four to eight weeks, 5) they resolve all disputes quickly and even give you the incentive for any survey that you failed to complete for most reasons if you email them with the survey number, 6) they have a large number of interactive panels, 7) they offer paid product trials and 8) they do not use OTX. SurveySpot is now considering offering PayPal, which would make them perfect in every way.

2. Opinion Outpost $181.00 ($5 po) ($169.80 rec’d) ($10.50 req’d)

Opinion Outpost is a solid Number Two favorite survey site because: 1) No other survey site comes close other than SurveySpot, 2) they send paid surveys frequently, 3) their screening process is excellent so I qualify for most surveys and 4) they compensate you fairly for your time.

3. YourFreeSurveys $155.00 ($30 po) (PayPal) ($155.00 rec’d) ($35 from contests)

GTM is definately one of the best points sites out there, after Opinion Outpost, and you can earn a lot of money with them. The 1000 point $50 pay out point is reasonable and they compensate you fairly for your time. I receive two to three surveys per week and qualify for most. I am expecting another $50 check from them that will move them up on my list.

5. SendEarnings $131.59 ($30 po) ($95.34 rec’d) ($9 processing fee for three payments)
8. InboxDollars $83.00 ($30 po) ($58.20 rec’d) ($6 processing fees for two payments)

Both of these entries comprise my #5 and #8 best survey companies. Both InboxDollars and SendEarnings are owned by Cotter-Web and administered by Greenfield Online; however, they are basically the same so I listed them together. They are essentially trial offer sites, but you can also make a fair amount of money just from taking daily $0.50 surveys. 6. Greenfield Online $99.50 (PayPal) (Invokes) ($98.50 rec’d)

In spite of all of the problems that Greenfield forum members bicker over about non-payments, not qualifying for surveys, not being compensated enough, etc. Greenfield offers the second most number of Invoke Interactive panels of any survey company and no one forces you to take any of their surveys for a sweepstakes entry. 9. SurveySavvy $80.00 ($43.50 rec’d) ($34.50 req’d)

Surprisingly, SurveySavvy has knocked ACOP off the Top Ten list this month. They don't off that many surveys, but they pay very well, plus they have product tests for $10-20. They are a bit slow in sending checks, but I think they legitimately belong here.

10. Daily Survey Panel $75.50 (1000 = $10) (PayPal) ($75.50 rec’d)

This company is really growing on me. You get daily email invitations and depending on how many other sites you are a member of that also use OTX (Greenfield Online, GlobalTestMarket, Mindfield, OpinionOutpost and YourFreeSurveys) and GiveUsYour2Cents (Quick Rewards [the owner of the DSP site] and YourFreeSurveys) you will be able to earn up to $1.85 per day or more. They now give you 5 poinhts just for attempting their OTX surveys.

Thank you very much for sharing these survey sites.:)
You are very welcome! I wish more people would post their Top Ten survey sites here for comparison.

I am biased in favor of YourFreeSurveys because I am a moderator on their forum and compensated for that, but they do have daily surveys for $1.05 (OTX) and $0.90 (GiveUsYour2Cents), send occasional surveys that pay and hold frequent contests for $200-300, which I have won twice. They also offer PayPal, which means fast payments. They also have Heath, who moderates this forum and also runs the YFS blog. All of these are big plus marks to consider in addition to the monetary incentives.

4. Global Test Market $154.00 (1000 = $50) ($10 po) ($104.00 rec’d) ($50 req’d)

Forget about clicking on emails for $0.02 each because that only amounts to about $1 extra per month for each site. You can also make money playing games and from referrals, but the games take too long to earn a pay out and referrals seem like spam to me.

6. Greenfield Online $98.50 (PayPal) (Invokes) ($98.50 rec’d)

They also offer PayPal, which is a much faster method of receiving payments and they have no minimum pay out point. I only know of one other survey company (YFS) that offers an active forum where you can air your grievances and where there is a dedicated moderator to actively answer your questions on a personal basis in a timely fashion. Every other survey company uses email to address disputes. And her name is Angela at amartin@greenfield.com

Here is my most recent complaint about GFO:

I haven't been doing enough GFO surveys to qualify for anything since August 8, when I was credited for a $25 Invoke Interactive that I had done several months prior, except for two $1 surveys in August, three $1 surveys in September and two $1 surveys in October. I think GFO's strategy is to ensure that only people who spend two to three hours per day doing their surveys exclusively will benefit from them the most, or maybe there has just been a dry spell for the past two or three months for me. I did much better the first six months when I was getting 29-104 sweepstakes entries then the past two months when I am averaging less than 20 sweepstakes entries per two week period. I've clicked on every paying survey within the first 24 hours, but every time I click 'Yes' I am disqualified. I still like the forum though.

7. Valued Opinions $88.65 ($20 po) (Amazon gift certificates) ($60 rec’d)

If you like Amazon gift certificates then you will like Valued Opinions as you can earn them faster here than anywhere else. ClearVoice is the only other purveyor of Amazon GCs that even comes close.

They now give you 5 points just for attempting their OTX surveys.

10. HCD $62.60 ($10 po) (1000 = $10 po) ($62.60 rec'd)

A very consistent earner with short surveys on political subjects and other current affairs, like the Superbowl ads survey they are running later today. Most surveys pay at least 100 points and their points system is the easiest to remember.

1. SurveySpot $370.80 ($5 payout) (Invokes) (product trials) (PayPal) (Joined: 2008-01-30) ($351.80 received - rec'd) ($14.00 req'd - requested)

SurveySpot is my Number One favorite survey site because: 1) I have earned the most money with them, 2) their surveys are frequent and arrive daily, 3) they are accurate in their estimated times of completion, 4) they now send payments via PayPal, 5) they resolve all disputes and even give you the incentive for any survey that you failed to complete for most reasons if you email them promptly with the survey number, 6) they have a lot of interactive panels, 7) they offer paid product trials and 8) they do not use OTX.

2. YourFreeSurveys $225.00 ($30 po) (PayPal) (2008-03-01) ($225.00 rec’d) ($35 from contests)

I am biased in favor of YourFreeSurveys because I am a moderator on their forum and compensated for that, but they do have daily surveys for $1.05 (OTX) and $0.90 (GiveUsYour2Cents), send occasional surveys that pay and hold frequent contests for $200-300, which I have won three times. They also offer PayPal, which means fast payments and they have Heath, who administers the YFS forum.

3. Opinion Outpost $220.70 ($5 po) (2008-02-04) ($217.70 rec’d)

Opinion Outpost is my solid #3 favorite survey site because: 1) they send paid surveys frequently, 2) their surveys are well compensated, 3) their screening process is excellent so I qualify for most surveys and 4) customer service is excellent. One drawback is that they now offer surveys from OTX.

4. Global Test Market $204.50 (1000 = $50) ($10 po) (2008-03-01) ($204.50 rec'd)

GTM is definately one of the best points sites and you can earn a lot of money with them. The 1000 point $50 pay out point is reasonable because their incentives are good, I receive three to four surveys per week and qualify for most. You receive 5 points for attempting a survey. I am expecting another $50 check from them that will move them up on my list.

5. Valued Opinions $113.65 ($20 po) (Amazon gift certificates) (2008-02-18) ($100 rec'd)

If you like Amazon gift certificates then you will like Valued Opinions as you can earn them faster here than anywhere else. Nothing else even comes close. I will cash out again for another $20 Amazon gift certificate within a few weeks.

6. Greenfield Online $102.00 (Invokes) (PayPal) (2008-02-13) ($102.00 rec'd)

In spite of all of the problems that Greenfield forum members bicker over about non-payments, disqualifications (often at the very end of a survey), not being compensated enough, etc. Greenfield offers a lot of Invoke Interactive panels and no one forces you to take any of their surveys for a sweepstakes entry. They also offer PayPal, which is a much faster method of receiving payments and they have no minimum pay out point. I only know of one other survey company (YFS) that offers an active forum where you can air your grievances and where there is a dedicated moderator to actively answer your questions on a personal basis and in a timely fashion. Every other survey company uses email to address disputes.

7. InboxDollars $101.10 ($30 po) (2008-02-01) ($92.10 rec'd) ($9 processing fees for three payments)
8. SendEarnings $94.04 ($30 po) (2008-02-15) ($82.34 rec'd) ($9 processing fee for three payments)

Both of these entries comprise my #7 and #8 best survey companies. InboxDollars and SendEarnings are both owned by Cotter-Web Enterprises and administered by Greenfield Online; however, they are basically the same so I list them together. They are essentially trial offer sites, but you can also make a fair amount of money from taking daily $0.50 surveys. Forget about clicking on emails for $0.02 each because that only amounts to about $2-3 extra per month per site. You can also make money playing games and from referrals, but the games take too long to earn a pay out and referrals seem like spam to me. No one likes the $3 processing fee or waiting a month for the first check to be 'processed', but once you are a Gold Member they process your check in one week. The $30 pay out minimum is too high and I am seriously beginning to wonder if it is necessary to be a member of both of these sites since they both offer essentially the same surveys and offers.

9. Paid Survey Reviews $90.00 (PayPal) (2009-02-10) ($80 rec'd)

Paid Survey Rewards is the best kept secret among online survey takers. They don't offer any surveys at all, but their weekly survey review contest awards two people $10 each for the best written review. In the interests of full disclosure I am now also being compensated for writing guest blog entries on their site.

10. SurveySavvy $88.00 (2008-03-01) ($65.00 rec'd)

Surprisingly, SurveySavvy has knocked HCD, Daily Survey Panel and ACOP off the Top Ten list this month. They don't offer that many surveys, but they pay very well, plus they have product tests for $10-20. They are a bit slow in sending checks, but I think they legitimately belong here.

10. Daily Survey Panel $95.75 (1000 = $10) (PayPal) (2008-06-08) ($95.75 rec'd) ($6.84 per month average)

This company has really grown on me. You get daily email invitations (or you can check them online) and depending on how many other sites you are a member of that also use OTX (Greenfield Online, GlobalTestMarket, Mindfield, OpinionOutpost, SurveyHead and YourFreeSurveys) and GiveUsYour2Cents (Quick Rewards [the owner of the DSP site] and YourFreeSurveys) you will be able to earn up to $1.85 per day or more. They are always adding new surveys weekly. Customer service is excellent.

My top 8 sites are as follows:

1. SurveyHead - I really consider this 1A, but it gets the nod over my #2 site since I've easily earned the most money on this site. It just kind of sucks that it takes so long to get your PayPal payments from SurveyHead.

2. Opinion Outpost - This is my 1B survey site. I've earned about $100 less than SH from Opinion Outpost, but the fact that survey credit immediately and can be redeemed immediately for Amazon gift certificates definitely increases the value of this site.

3. Valued Opinions - This is a consistent earner for me, and I love the fact that you can immediately cash out $20 Amazon GCs once you've accumulated enough credit.

4. SurveySpot - This is a top 5 site for most people, but I think it has gotten better over the last few months. Many surveys credit instantly, and now you can redeem PayPal rewards immediately.

5. Lightspeed - This is probably the best points based site around. Lightspeed sends a lot of surveys that are pretty easy to qualify for. It doesn't take long at all to build up enough points to cash out your prize, and there are a lot of prizes to choose from.

6. YourFreeSurveys - If you're patient and diligent enough to do the daily surveys everyday, then you'll find a lot of value in YFS. The $30 cashout threshold is pretty steep, but the fact that YFS automatically and quickly pays you via PayPal makes up for it.

7. MyPoints - You have to be patient with this site as well. You can earn points from survey invites, but you get most of your points by clicking on emails, doing searches and taking advantage of bonus point offers. If you know how to use the site properly, then it is a good passive site to use to earn rewards. Also, there are lots of different rewards to choose from.

8. e-rewards - You have to be invited to join this site, and the rewards selection isn't that great. However, if you like Gamestop gift cards, then you can earn about 1 per quarter. Personally, I've earned $200 in Gamestop gift cards since joining this site.

1. SurveySpot

-$39.50 on March 31, 2010 (most recent cash out)
-$536.00 (total earned)

Now that SurveySpot has finished revising its new website and points policy, payments arrive almost instantaneously in your PayPal account. You will receive products for testing and also lucrative Invoke Interactive surveys with this site.

2. Global Test Market

-$52.00 on March 29, 2010
-$460.15
Joined: 2008-03-01

Although $50 is the highest cash-out threshold of any legitimate survey site, GTM is still one of the fastest places to earn that $50. They also offer lots of product tests.

3. Opinion Outpost

-$10.00 on February 26, 2010
-$391.80
Joined: 2008-02-04

No one ever complains about not receiving enough surveys or of not qualifying for enough surveys from Opinion Outpost. If they added PayPal this site would be perfect in every way.

4. Surveyhead

-$25.50 on February 7, 2010
-$261.80
Joined: 2009-02-05

As you can see, I have earned more from this site over the past year than I have earned from many sites over the past two years and I don’t even have time to do all of the $1 surveys that are offered.

5. Toluna

-$20.00 on March 19, 2010
-$247.02
Joined: 2008-02-11

The secret here is to log in every day and click on everything that offers between 15 and 120 points. These add up much quicker than doing the 900 point ($0.30) surveys that take 20-30 minutes and often lead to higher paying surveys.

6. Valued Opinions

-$20 Amazon gift card on March 22, 2010
-$241.30
Joined: 2008-02-18

If you are patient, then redeem your points for a pre-paid VISA debit card, which arrives by mail and can be used anywhere that a VISA debit card can be used; otherwise, Valued Opinions is the absolute best place to earn Amazon gift cards.

7. MyView

-$50 Virtual Prepaid Visa® Card on February 17, 2010
-$136.00
Joined: 2009-03-01

Some are not happy with the newly redesigned MyView website and points system, but I like it; although it does take quite awhile to earn enough points for the $50 pre-paid VISA card that can only be used online.

8. MySurvey.com

-$10.00 on February 13, 2010
-$130.00
Joined: 2008-02-02

Don’t let the total amount earned fool you. If I were to count all of the free products I have tested and been paid for using from MySurvey.com this total would be at least twice as high.

9. Pinecone Research

-$3.00 on March 8, 2010
-$129
Joined: 2008-04-03

Pinecone pays $3 for each and every survey and the surveys come slowly, but just like clockwork every month. They also offer product testing which would make the total even higher if I were to count these products at their retail value.

10. HCD

-$10.50 on March 4, 2010
-$124.05
Joined: 2008-02-27

I don’t earn as much with HCD as I do with other survey panels, but their surveys are brief and by far the most interesting. I always look forward to rating the Super Bowl commercials and also to the one question surveys on American Idol for $0.50 each week while the show is airing.
