BuzzSponge (http://home.buzzsponge.com/) is another very odd survey site that pays in Amazon gift certificates. The stated goal of BuzzSponge is to answer the question 'What are people talking about right now?' and they have tens of thousands of members, many of whom 'Add to the Buzz'. You need 4000 points to redeem for a $10 Amazon gift certificate and I only have 2458 so far due to the paucity of surveys that I have received. You also get 5 points for posting 'Buzz'.

I have heard of this website before but I think I did not create an account with them. I entered my email to see if I created an account with them, but they said that email was not in their systems. When I used the same email to register with them today, they said that have email has already been used.

Is this website the same thing as BuzzBack because it should does sound like they have a lot in common.

Nope. It's by a group called Buzz Agent (http://www.bzzagent.com/).

I created an account with that website, Buzz Agent. I attempted to log in to BuzzSponge site but was not allowed because it said that email was already used.

Is BuzzAgent the same thing as BuzzSponge? Can I log in to BuzzSponge using my information from BuzzAgent? I'm .

BzzAgent is the company that runs the survey site called BuzzSponge (http://home.buzzsponge.com/). Here is a screen shot to show you how bizarre it is. As you scroll over every tiny little pic it grows larger and when you click on it you can see a question about the Buzz of the day. Very odd. I like it.

Yeah, That's all good and well, but you did not answer my question. Every time I attempt to log in to Buzz Sponge using the same email and password as BzzAgent. I get this message "Whoops, try again."

Every time I attempt to create a Buzz Sponge account, I get this message:

"Please verify your e-mail address as it is either invalid or you have already registered using this e-mail address. If you have already initiated the registration process using this e-mail you may log-in to view your account or complete the registration process."

I got that message before I even created an BzzAgent account.

What I'm wondering is if you can log in to Buzz Sponge using the same email and password as BzzAgent?

Today I was able to create and login to my account after I email Buzz Sponge consumer service. I had to two accounts in their record and both were inactive. One of them was deleted and the other was not so I could login. I filled about half of my profile and I also search for some buzz. I found some interesting results.

I just cashed out my 4000 points for a $10 Amazon gift certificate on BuzzSponge. It takes a lot more time than taking surveys, but it's also more fun. You can also get $10 Target gift certificates.

BuzSponge is really slowing up so I need to reach 4000 points and cash out before they close up shop. I have 3400 now and they usually send a 600 point survey about every other month or so. Troolls started to take over the site so I alerted mnagement and they responded.

Dear Lee,

First of all, I wanted to say thank you for your participation in the BuzzSponge community. We really appreciate your thoughtful posts and insights, which contribute a great deal to the community. That said, we know that it can be very frustrating to feel like there are those who are not taking the community seriously and are creating SPAM posts.

Please know that we take this issue very seriously. We want BuzzSponge to be a place where people can share their opinions through constructive and relevant conversation. One of the three members about whom you were concerned has already been removed from the community. The other two have received warnings that they will also be removed promptly from the community if they continue posting SPAM.

Rest assured that we will continue to do everything we can to continue to improve BuzzSponge. We very much appreciate your help, and you should always feel free to express any concerns that you have.

Thank you again for your commitment to and participation with BuzzSponge!

Best regards,
Allison Elliott
