I am posting this to give tips to newbies who joined offer sites.

1) Firstly you need to open a new email account, gmail preferably, since in gmail you can change your email ID to make it look like it is different, even though it is basically the same.

ex) If your email is myname2006@gmail.com

you can also enter it as:

m.yname2006@gmail.com
my.name2006@gmail.com
myn.ame2006@gmail.com

What this does is a give different email address when you sign up for an offer. This is EXTREMELY important, since when you do offers, mainly the free offers that pay $0.50, etc, you need to give a UNIQUE email address for each, or else your offer will not be credited. You will not have this problem for offers that require credit card though, you can give your regular email ID for them.

2) Try to use internet explorer when doing offers and always remember to clear cookies after every offer. If you don't the companies will remember your email address through the cookies and you might not be credited. It isn't really difficult, just go to Tools-> Delete Browsing History and clear cookies. That's all.

3) Also you will need to give your phone number for almost every offer, so you should get a phone number from evoice or a similar company. That way you can give the number and you will get an email when you get a voice message and you can listen to it. No point in giving your real phone number for these offers, because you do not want to be harrassed with marketing calls. Evoice costs only $4.95 and you can earn a lot more by using that number and completing offers. ;)

However if you sign up for free trial offers that require a credit card, then give them your real phone number, since they will use it to confirm your account when you call to cancel the trial offer.

4) Read the instructions given by the site on how to complete an offer. Lots of sites, like Cash Lagoon, Treasure Trooper or Chillin Cash, give detailed instructions on how to complete an offer. How many pages you have to complete and so on. For example, some offers are only Email submits, so you only have to enter your email address, complete 5 or 6 pages and click an offer on the window that opens along with the offer. Sometimes a window opens when you enter your email address to complete an offer. This is what is used to track your ID, so do not close it.

5) Lastly, it is really easy to earn money by completing offers if you read the instructions and follow them. And also you do not have to complete the offer in FULL or refer any friends, because your not going to get the prize anyway. Do you really think companies are going to give you an X-box or $500 cash just because you entered an email address? :p

Definitely not! But they will definitely give you the $0.50 or $1 for completing that offer according to the instructions. Do not fret that you are only getting $0.50 for that offer, since it hardly takes 2 minutes, and when they all add up you make a really decent amount.

I made $260 in June, redeemed $150 and have $110 pending.

Hope this helped. If you have any more doubts I will be happy to answer them :)

Great post jash! I hope you don't mind that I took the liberty of editing it a bit for readability. You text a lot, don't you? :p

I am glad you edit. I use IM a lot but don't know what half of the abreviations mean.:(
