1) Please be courteous. We will not allow profanity of any kind or abusive language. Treat your fellow forum members with respect. We reserve the right to delete posts that we deem inappropriate. Members not abiding by these rules will be banned.
2) We welcome all input about your experiences with or questions about survey sites. We are not here to provide access to your affiliate links. No links are allowed without permission of the administrator. This includes solicitation of our members offsite for the purpose of gaining members for your affiliate links. If your email address is used for that purpose your post will be deleted or you will be banned from the site. You should develop your own website for your affiliate links.
3) No Spam

Those rules are as lovely as they are concise. Annika's rules are somewhat more comprehensive and we might want to adopt some of her polices in case our membership should continue growing at the current exponential rate. Obviously, many of the rules below apply exclusively to MSN groups where there are more problems to be expected, but I present her rules as an example of what most forums should include.
Annika's Rules (http://groups.msn.com/Annikas/newmembers.msnw)
1. Most importantly, you must have a sound understanding of the English language as this is an English site. If you don't understand and/or can't respond properly, perhaps this is the WRONG site for you. If we believe/feel you can't understand English your account will be cancelled.
2. You must have an active email account when joining this group. Sorry, but due to our beliefs in protecting ourselves and members from spam, we will no longer accept members with AOL or AIM email addresses.
3. No Spam will be permitted upon any of the Communications Boards. If you don't know how to post a message please read this topic. If you're still having difficulties, ask! The Staff will be happy to help you. If you spam you are banned. There is a search page for a reason, do a search to make sure the company isn't already posted.
4. We PREFER that new messages be posted directly at the site level - to the right location/board. But we will accept occasional items via the email. IF you are posting messages via email, kindly REMOVE your signature should it reference any webpage, as we DO NOT promote unapproved sites in any way shape or form. Also, PLEASE copy the actual message you are replying/forwarding to us, and paste it into the body of a NEW email message, before sending it in. This helps keep people's email addresses private. And leaves less clutter on the boards.
5. No profanity, no obscene remarks, no warez, no copyrighted, or pornographic photos in the photo albums, links or message boards. Please try to remember this is a PUBLIC webpage, young people do see this site and these posts. Keep it clean. Have respect for others.
6. We WANT to hear about your experiences with these sites/company's, GOOD or BAD. We will NOT accept postings of links anywhere on our site that are simply set up to get you referrals, etc (This means in the albums also). If that's what you are looking for, we recommend you create your own website!
7. No posting messages from members who have been banned from this site and are no longer welcomed. Regardless of reasons. The person was clearly banned for a good reason, we don't need mocking birds. Thank you.
8. Should you be considered as harassing or violent you WILL be removed from the group. If you can't respect people you are not welcome here.
9. If you feel the need to lie about who or what you are. Then please don't join this group. We prefer honest members. Simming is one thing, downright lying is another. As we are not a sim group there really is no need to sim is there? (If you don't know what simming is, don't worry I doubt you are doing it then.)
10. Never give out your personal info in the chat area or on the message board. Personal info such as your credit card#, telephone#, Drivers License, email address, passwords and so on, you're just asking to have your identity stolen. The managers of this community will NEVER ask you for any of this information. If someone does, please notify us, and we will take the proper actions to resolve the matter.
11. Please RESPECT our copyrighted materials throughout this site. If you would like to use any of the information contained within the site please ask for approval FIRST. Some of the images are for anyone to use, others are not, plain and simple.
12. CAPS is yelling, do not post messages in CAPS or even like this: CaP cHaNgEs.
13. When adding a link under the links section you must use htlm. Otherwise the links will appear as broken or inactive. - Link additions have been made management only for the time being due to issues. Will advise if/when we open this up again.
14. Emailing asking about Pinecone EVEN as a joke will result in you being banned. As there are pages that address that issue, and our staff is sick of the abuse.
15. If your nickname/username contains reference to or is spam, or is obscene or overly suggestive your account will be cancelled, denied or banned.
16. Please do not use fancy characters etc in album names it causes page errors
Rule for all page names by MSN are as follows (BTW - I didn't set them but we ALL have to follow them):
No more that 16 characters, and that is including spaces and fancy characters count as 5 each so if I do *!* that's 15 characters already. (And I have enough problems with the pages I already have, don't really need any more. Sorry)
17. Turn off auto email responders if you are set to receive postings through your inbox. If we receive one, your account will be cancelled or banned, depending upon what is in it.

Personally I don't mind spammers because I really enjoy banning them. It's a lot of fun :D
As long as I have this handy dandy website (http://www.stopforumspam.com), I welcome spammers to test God Of War (http://www.godofwar.com)
