Dr. Oz is a product of the Oprah stable. He now has his own show as well as continuing to appear on Oprah's show. He and his team have put together a site to gauge your "Real Age". The test takes some time to fill out but what you get is a detailed report on your "Real Age". It goes over every aspect of your test and gives ways to reduce your age. I am 63 years old but my real age is 83. Pretty good eh? I feel like 84 so it was close. I am very motivated to make the changes suggested to bring the number down. In my case I do nothing so I should be able to accomplish some reduction.

Go to Real Age and see where you stand. This not a paid commercial endorsement and the site is free.

I've done one once through a different site and they listed me as 6 years younger than I'm actually at ~ That made me Happy !!!! :)

Ok, I got my real age & its not good! 11.4yrs older than my calendar age. I guess all this time sitting at the computer doing surveys is not good for my health. LOL Now that spring is coming maybe I'll take a walk & leave a survey or two for later.;)

I just got my results back too and I was amazed !!!

Ok, my results were 46.9. I'm 57 so it's a good 10 yrs. younger than my calendar age. I took this some years back and at that time it was 6 yrs younger, so I have to keep it up. I Need more exercise though, or weight exercise to build muscle, and I hate doing that.
