No longer receiving surveys.

Just curious if this has happened to anyone else. I used to receive survey invites from Synovate and Opinion Outpost on a regular basis. About a year & a half ago, surveys just stopped. I have contacted both of them by e-mail and just get the same canned statement that they have looked at my account, there are no issues and I may not be currently eligible for any surveys. I have updated all of my information in both accounts. Does anyone have any input? Should I just opt out and then sign up again? Both of these companies had been very good to me in the past and I hate to just give up on them.

Techman, this can happen to almost any one to a number of different reasons. Email them again, especially Opinion Outpost and get to the bottom of why your not receiving surveys. I had a small problem and within a few weeks they started again and now I'm getting them all the time. I never had any issures yet with Synovate, knock on wood.

When I read your post, I realized that it's been awhile since I've gotten a survey from Op Outpost. I signed up in Sept & received 3 surveys, then nothing else until January. I did one in January and nothing else since then. I'm not sure why that is.

Have you been doing it just from the same computer ?? If not they can detect that and for some reason they don't allow it. My sister was taking surveys from her home in Mich. and then she travels alot, so she took them from whoevers home she was at the time. Well, that was the issue with her. Also when she took them from my house they thought that I was signed up with more accts. This had to be explained and after that everything was fine on my end.

I did get a new laptop but I don't think I have received any survey invites since then. I did log into my acct last night & updated some profiles with the new pc. I hope that doesn't get me into "trouble". :eek:

Thanks for all of the input! I am going to try another round of e-mails to these companies. If I don't get a response, I guess that I will just opt out and try to rejoin them later. Thanks again!!!
