I will soon be switching from my current internet provider, PeoplePC to Cox Cable. How do I convert all of my current e-mail accts to the new provider?

Some of you have looked at my post regarding exporting contacts from Mozilla to Cox Cable. As the caring, devoted guy I am, this is a followup. I CAN'T. Cox allows you to import a number of different address books but Mozilla is not one of them. So I look forward to sending in the neighborhood of 180 change of address e-mails. Anyone want to grab a shift?
