View Full Version : Are InboxDollars and SendEarnings Worth Being a Member?

In spite of having done rather well with both InboxDollars and SendEarnings over the past year or so, I am now rethinking if I still want to be a member of these two sites. I am no longer interested in signing up for free trial offers, which makes it that much more difficult to reach the $30 minimum pay out. The surveys are infrequent at best and only pay $0.50 each. Since I take most of these surveys elsewhere for $1 or more, I no longer qualify for most surveys at InboxDollars or SendEarnings. I am also not happy that both sites charge you a $3 'processing fee' every time you cash out. Their checks also take a long time to arrive after the one month 'processing period'. The processing period is weekly for Gold Members.
6. InboxDollars $101.10 ($30 po) (2008-02-01) ($92.10 rec'd) ($9 processing fees for three payments)
$31.09 Check Completed Apr 01, 2008 Jun 02, 2008
$27.11 Check Completed Jul 11, 2008 Jul 16, 2008

Total: $92.10
9. SendEarnings $94.04 ($30 po) (2008-02-15) ($82.34 rec'd) ($9 processing fee for three payments)
$27.40 Check Completed June 10, 2008 Received Aug 01, 2008
$27.44 Check Completed August 8, 2008 Received Sept 01, 2008
$27.50 Check Completed December 19, 2008 Received Dec 22, 2008
Total: $82.34

I voted No in the poll because IndoxDollars and SendEarnings are two sites that are not a good and fast way to make cash especially if you don't like filling out offers that require a credit card. Recently, I completed one of their email paid offers. I joined the site called TRUE hoping I would get credited but I still have NOT received the email that you have been credited. I will unsubscribe from the website since I think you have to enter credit card information to fully complete this offer.
Here is how much I have in my accounts last time I checked them..
SendEarnings: $19.49 -> $22.41 (as of 11/22) --> $26.75 (as of 4/1/09)
IndoxDollars: $25.61 -> $29.66 (as of 11/22) --> $36.48 (as of 4/2/09)

yeah your right patient is the key for these two websites and i think i have enough since i can nowhave over $30 with indox dollars and probably close to or over $30 with send earnings... I think it can take over 1 year to reach $30 by just clicking on their emails and this is not including the occasion surveys they send or the daily surveys they offer which i do not like...

As you can see, I waited from February 1, 2008 until June 2, 2008 for the first check to arrive from InboxDollars and from February 15, 2008 until August 1 for the first check from SendEarnings to arrive. The second checks only took about two months each because I became a Gold Member and the checks were processed weekly from that point onwards. The third checks, after I stopped completing trial offers as regularly, took about eight and five months, respectively, which is quite a bit slower. Since March 6, 2009 I have only earned $8.54 with InboxDollars and $9.83 with SendEarnings, so I am really questioning how much longer I want to remain a member of either site.
I had been attempting surveys with SendEarnings first since March, in the hopes that I could leapfrog the two sites and reach the $30 payout faster on one, but they are just too much trouble to even bother with clicking on now, I rarely qualify for the $0.50 surveys (that I take elsewhere for more $$$) and the trial offers are a constant temptation that often backfires.

No, If could vote again, I would still vote NO because this website is not even half as good as MyPoints. They rarely sent unique survey opportunities and I don't really like doing their offers since most require a credit care which I don't have..

I am seriously unsubscribing from each of these sites after I cash out for $30 for the third and final time. I am at $22 for SendEarnings and $16 for InboxDollars currently.
