I'm only into surveying a month, I haven't gotten any checks but I got points, and I'm entered into so many sweepstakes but I think they're bogus. IS THERE HOPE OF WINNING :rolleyes:

I actually did win a $50 Amazon Gift Card from the Surveyspot Instant Win Game. I had some insomnia and did some Surveyspot surveys in the middle of the night. My theory is that the instant win goodies are snatched up early.

It did take Survey Sampling Intl. four months(!) to send the code via email

Survey Spot pays with Sweepstakes entries after you complete a survey regardless if you qualify or not.

I always wonder if the sweepstakes are real. If people are winning these sweepstakes, then where are they on the internet? Wouldn't at least one person make an internet appearrance about their win? I will keep hoping to win some kind of sweepstakes one day.

Yesterday I won something from a sweepstakes or contest, but it wasn't from a survey sweeptakes. I won a FREE music download from Smirnoff Under the Cap (http://go.rtm.com/smirnoffice/default.asp?birthday_y=1965) sweepstakes. That is a sweepstakes where you have to enter a code that is under the cap of every beer they sell.

Personally, I don't drink beer but one of my buddies does and he gave me about six caps that have a code. I decided to check out that site just to see what it was all about. I leaned that they offer cash prizes though PayPal. That's what encouraged me to enter the codes on their website. Yesterday, I entered three codes and was surprised that one of them won me a FREE emusic.com download. So that is the FIRST time I EVER won online.

I know that is not from a survey site sweepstakes but that answers the question in this thread "Does Anyone Actually Win Sweepstakes?". Anyway someone always wins these contest even if it's not you so just cross your fingers and hope you win the forum contest that will end soon.

has anyone tried advisorypanel.com i joined them and they send you a monthly survey or poll on different subjects. from all the survey takers they have a drawing to pick some winners. I won one drawing that was $100. now they have scaled it down to $25 per winner per drawing.

I've been down that dark road too by joining lots of those (so-called) good paying survey sites. unfortunately, i didn't have a viable credit card rating which instantly disqualified me from a great many of those good pain surveys.

and out of all the surveys i ever took ,nobody really wanted my opinion on anything, they just wanted me to buy something that they were apparently selling. i never made any money just accumulated some lousy points that i could redeem for products i don't really need.:mad:

UPDATE: I just received a Target GC in the mail from Smarty Pants Know-it-All Panel. It came in a greeting card adorned with an assortment of handwritten signatures of Know-it-All Panel staff and a hand-written reminder to refer my friends. To me it looked like what happens in an office when everyone contributes money for a gift card and then signs a greeting card to go with it. They are located in TN - talk about Southern hospitality!

Too bad we aren't "power consumers," so I could be doing more surveys with them. They seem really nice.

For the first time in 3 years or so since i have been taking surveys i won my first sweepstakes win a couple of days ago. I won $50 from Opinion Outpost and i didn't realise i won till i logged into the survey site and saw i was credited with 500 points. I just sent off for this cheque (forgive the spelling i was born and raised in England)....you just never know when you might win a sweepstakes so i advise everyone to keep taking every survey invite you get because you just never do know......:)
