If you are missing a payment complain on SlickDeals.net. They monitor comments there and have responded to complaints in the past.

I receive emails every day from Palm. No problems here. I have an AOL email addy.

I just received my first payout from Palm for $11 for September. I'm not liking their 45 day schedule. But at least they paid automatically, I didn't have to request it.
