PalmResearch.com sends two $1.00 surveys everyday. Most of the surveys are easy to qualify for and they send checks once a month.

Curious about how we operate?

Of course you are! We have listed the most frequently asked questions to help you understand!

Who Are We?

We are Palm Research. We have been in the market research field since 2005, and have worked with the top research panels online. We decided, after learning what was involved, to start our own panel. We would call it Palm Research.

Why Are We?

After years of promoting market research companies, we have identified different concerns with fraudulent companies that claim to be market research companies but are actually "pay to play" websites - the ones that pretend to want your opinion, but really only want the money on your credit card.

That's why we are 100% free to join, and don't require you to sign up or participate in any trial type of offer. We only ask that you answer the questions in each survey honestly and openly, and only participate in studies that you qualify for.

Do We Really Pay Money?

Yes. We pay actual cash (via Paypal or Check) to our members for participating in studies conducted from our website. We pay once a month, usually during the first week, on a Net-45 Day basis.

What is 'Net-45 Day' Mean?

We partner with various larger companies that conduct research studies for their clients. Because of this, there will always be a delay in confirmation from the client, and then from our partner based on auditing on both ends. There is alot of fraud and people that cheat their way through a survey just to get paid, and our partners and their clients must verify that each lead we send them is valid.

Therefore, we pay out our members approximately 45 days after the end of each month for all activity generated during that month, to ensure that our partners are satisfied with the leads we've brought them.

Didn't you used to be on a 'Net-30 Day' pay schedule?

Yes. However, in order to account for our partners' auditing practices and the time it takes to fund our Pay Pal account or issue checks, we found that payments were being made a little after the first week of that following month. So we moved our payment schedule up, instead of having our members feel that we were issuing payments late. This is strictly an accounting term, as our payments will still be going out on our original schedule.

What About the $10 Minimum?

We have instituted a 10 dollar minimum for all our member accounts simply due to admin resources. Once your account reaches a balance of $10 or more, you can expect to receive a payment the following month.

Where Do Our Surveys Come From?

We are constantly making new relationships with various market research firms to give our members the best chance to participate in surveys and make money.

We offer two daily surveys that our members can participate in everyday. We are one of only a couple companies that offer this type of opportunity.

The PR1904 and PR1407 Panels Are Different Everyday?

Yes. Every single day you can log in and see if you qualify for whatever study that is being conducted through each panel.

Although the PR1904 and PR1407 appear to be the same surveys each day, they are not. The front page looks the same, but after you enter your qualifying information you will be directed to our partners website to see which survey you qualify for on that particular day.

Why Must I Fill Out Qualifying Information If You Already Have It?

Our clients may want specific information other than what we ask on our profile survey. Ultimately they are the ones paying for the information collected and they want to make sure it is being collected from the demographics they need.

We use your profile information to send you surveys that you have a better chance of qualifying for. However, most clients use their own screening process to guarantee the quality of information gathered.

I Don't Always Qualify. Why Not?

When a company conducts a research study they are usually seeking feedback from a specific group of people. They want feedback from the people who buy and use their products so that they can create products that are appealing for that group.

For instance, if a survey was gathering information about a new video game that was coming out and you said you don't own a video game system, you probably wouldn't qualify for the survey. These companies are paying lots of money to gather the information they need to help them make profitable products. They aren't just paying to hear opinions from random people.

I Took a Survey But Don't See It In My Account. Why?

We use cookies and pixel tracking to insure that all survey completes are tracked and credited. From time to time a survey completion may slip through the system without passing all of the tracking information to update your account in real time.

To account for this, we receive information about all completes from our clients daily and update any accounts that weren't credited.

I've Reached The Minimum Payout. How Can I Request Payment?

You do not have to request payout. You will automatically be sent payment 30 days following the end of the month in which your account reached the minimum payout level.

I Experience Technical Issues During a Survey. Can I Go Back To It?

In most cases the answer is no. You must complete a survey from beginning to end. If you have issues with your internet connection or web browser this may cause you to be unable to complete a survey.

For best results we recommend that our users use Internet Explorer for taking surveys and make sure that your internet settings allow cookies and javascript.

Can I Get Credit For A Survey Not Completed?

Unfortunately, we cannot credit our users for surveys that were not completed.

How Do I Delete My Account?

If you wish to removed from our panel for any reason you can simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your daily email and you will be instantly removed.

You can also contact us by mail and ask to be removed by sending a letter with your email address and/or member number to the address below:

Palm Research was sock-puppeting(a Palm manager pretended to be a panelist) on this forum in March. Check out the posts here by Lilokster:

ATTN Moderators: my links didn't work, but use the search function to check out 2 threads in March entitled, "Palm Research."

Lilokster was less subtle over at SurveyPolice, where he started a thread in March entitled "Palm Research is the Best." In his post, he impersonated a panelist and raved about Palm. In May Lilokster was "outed" on SurveyPolice with his own words: a post on another forum, dated earlier this year, announcing his new position as Palm's Affiliate Manager.

Palm offers the same Greenfield and OTX daily surveys as YourFreeSurveys; they offer other surveys too, but not in my demographic segment.

Their payout threshold is lower ($10 vs $30) , but they do not confirm nearly as fast as YourFreeSurveys. Intially they promised net30, but once they realized that survey panels didn't pay them quickly, they revised their payment schedule to net45.

They are a new panel, with plenty of kinks to iron out, but they use dishonest marketing tactics.
