I've got paid 2x from www.quickrewards.net They offer mailings, daily clicks, and daily surveys. They don't have a minimum payout. The email you sign up with does have to be the same email that paypal is signed up thru to get paid.

I had occasion to trade emails with Q.R. I had reached $30 (seemed like forever) and thought I had a payout problem.. As it turned out there was no problem. I am so impressed by their customer service response time. I sent a message and by the time I finished a survey a response was waiting for me. UNBELIEVABLE! I had 3 messages and each time they answered promptly.

I do the daily surveys with quickrewards, and it has lead me to a few really cool panels as well as cashing out around 30-40$ a month for amazon
